Personal data submitted through the “Work with us” form or by sending resumes/CVs will be processed by Sloncorp – Automated Decision Latam for the following purposes:
- Managing recruitment and selection processes
- Evaluating professional profiles
- Verifying academic and employment information
- Contacting the candidate for current or future job opportunities (only with consent)
The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the ongoing selection process. If the candidate authorizes its retention for future processes, the data may be kept for a maximum period of 6 months, after which it will be securely deleted.
- The data will not be shared with third parties, except for providers acting as data processors under confidentiality and security agreements.
- The data subject may exercise their rights to access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection, and withdrawal of consent by writing to: info@sloncorp.com
- The response will be issued within a maximum period of 15 days, in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
